The new Monte Pisano Oil Mill was born from passion and dedication to olive growing and the desire to enhance the Monte Pisano territory, taking up the legacy of the historic Monti Pisani Social Oil Mill of Caprona, in the municipality of Vicopisano.
We are more than an oil mill: we are custodians of an evolving tradition, innovators focused on quality and sustainability, promoters of an oil culture that goes beyond the table.

Our Products
All Oils are Available in 5 Formats:
10cl, 25cl and 50cl Bottles, 3lt and 5lt Bag in Box
Monte Pisano Oil Mill produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil using olives that come exclusively from the olive groves it directly manages. Only Monte Pisano olives, carefully tended and harvested with the aim of producing the “best possible extra virgin olive oil”.
We also mill and market IGP Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced on Monte Pisano by Società Agricola Podere del Pari, another company in our group.
