Il Ristoro del Frantoio was born from the desire to bring to the table the soul of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil: intense yet delicate at the same time, an authentic expression of the land.
Our cuisine is based on local, seasonal ingredients which, combined with the oils produced in the mill, become genuine and harmonious dishes with an unmistakably Tuscan aroma.
All of this takes place within the unique spaces of the Frantoio, which can host guests, offer guided visits to the mill, allow visitors to discover how olive oil is produced, or provide a welcoming setting for meetings before or after a business lunch.

We cook and season every dish with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, bringing flavor, lightness, and health to every plate.

Menu

The Ristoro del Frantoio is a place where time slows down and food tells the story of the land. Our cuisine is born from a love for local products, a constant search for quality, and a deep respect for seasonality, with one true protagonist: our extra virgin olive oil, used in every dish, from appetizers to desserts.

The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and features traditional dishes, simple and genuine, designed to highlight the quality of the ingredients and the olive oil we produce.
Il Ristoro del Frantoio is an invitation to slow down, savor the moment, and feel at home, surrounded by honest cuisine, high-quality olive oil, and authentic hospitality.

Our Spring menù

  • Selection of Falaschi cold cuts, and Busti cheeses
  • Among the first courses we find Eight-Row Corn Gnocchi (Formenton Otto File), Spring Vegetable and Legume Soup, Tagliatelle with Duck Ragù, and Lasagne with Leeks and Sausage with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Béchamel.
  • For the main courses, all served with a side dish: Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt Cod Fillet, Herb-Crusted Roast Beef, Slow-Cooked Egg with Asparagus Cream, and Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary and Marsala Sauce.
  • And finally, the desserts: Vin Santo Cremoso with Almond Crumble and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Buckwheat and Walnut Cake with Strawberry Jam, De’Coltelli Artisan Ice Cream with IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Maldon Salt Cookies served with coffee or digestif.

We welcome every guest with care, beginning the experience with a small tasting of our olive oils, sharing our identity from the very first moment.

The atmosphere is rustic yet refined, warm and authentic, with the olive mill’s pressing line visible, a reminder of the direct connection between what we produce and what we bring to the table.

Our wine selection follows the same philosophy that guides our kitchen: quality, territory, and harmony with the dishes. We choose labels that tell the story of our land and producers who work with respect and passion, favoring wines that express true identity and character. 🍷

A carefully curated yet intentionally accessible selection, designed to pair perfectly with every dish on the menu, enhancing flavors without overpowering them.
