Description: The organic EVO oil from Frantoio del Monte Pisano is obtained from a careful selection of olives grown by the best organic producers and processed in our own mill, renovated and relaunched in 2024, establishing itself as a regional reference for olive oil production processes with high quality standards. The entire production cycle takes place and is monitored within the company, from harvesting to packaging, which is carried out in our facilities.

Tasting notes: delicate and balanced aromatic profile in bitterness and spiciness.

Pairings: a soft and delicate oil suitable for fish dishes, boiled vegetables, salads, and cheeses.

Production cycle: Alfa Laval X7 3-phase continuous cycle with paste cooling, cardboard filtration, stainless steel storage, with argon top-up at a constant controlled temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.

Oil intensity: light fruity.

Origin: Italy.

Product shelf life: best consumed within 18 months from bottling date.
