We have prepared for this new campaign with some innovations specifically designed to increasingly meet the needs of all olive growers, farms, and everyone who passionately produces oil.
Additionally, the production line has been further enhanced with the addition of another crusher and a new input line allows us to be even more efficient.

Mill Opening and Closing Times

Reservation Required

The reservation must be confirmed by the Mill’s office. Appointments must be requested using the following contact details.

Information to Provide When Making a Request

  • Producer’s Full Name
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Tax ID Number (for individuals), VAT Number (for companies)
  • Municipality of Olive Origin
  • Delivery Date and Time
  • Estimated Quantity of Olives in kg
  • Classification (Organic, IGP Certification in Progress, Conventional)

Other Services

Olive Harvesting Service

If you have an olive grove and cannot harvest it yourself, we can do it for you with our workers and, where possible, using our tree shaker. Don’t let them fall, call the Oil Mill, and together we’ll find the best solution.

Olive Purchase

The Oil Mill purchases olives from Monte Pisano and surrounding areas. We verify that the quality is suitable for producing our award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil and purchase them at the best market conditions. For our members, in addition to a higher economic valuation of the olives, we also provide services at very advantageous conditions. This is because olive growing on Monte Pisano should be valued, rewarded, and facilitated.

Milling Services

A top-level production line consisting of hoppers, leaf remover and washer by Clemente followed by a double-cut crusher (discs and hammers), knife crusher, temperature reducer, confined and temperature-controlled malaxers, and electronic speed control decanter by Alfalaval. To get the best from your olives.

Storage, Bottling, and Labeling

Upon request, a climate-controlled storage area with nitrogen inertization system and a bottling line for bottles and bag-in-box with automatic labeling. To preserve the unique qualities of your oil over time.
