The Olive Mill of Monte Pisano is closely linked to the Podere del Pari Farm, which lovingly cares for our olive groves. Guests can explore these scenic groves through guided tours with expert nature and cultural guides — an authentic Tuscan experience

Main hall and privè
Two exclusive spaces are available: a spacious hall and a private lounge
Our furnishings and tables, handcrafted from solid olive wood grown in our groves, can be arranged for intimate gatherings or for long, convivial banquet tables.
The hall regularly hosts exhibitions of local painters and sculptors, adding to its welcoming, artistic atmosphere and deepening the bond with our land.
A striking glass wall reveals the olive oil production line, creating a truly unique backdrop and immersing your guests in the heart of tradition.
The hall overlooks a spacious outdoor area with a veranda, perfect both as a dining setting and as a stage for live performances or concerts
A dedicated video also allows visitors to discover the olive oil making process and experience the mill “in action.”

Tastings and catering
The mill offers tasting experiences of its own oils and local products, along with short introductory courses on olive oil tasting. Guests can also enjoy brunches, lunches, and dinners that highlight the harmony between traditional Tuscan dishes and Tuscan extra virgin olive oils.
Table setting and service can be customized to match the style of the overall event.

Gifts and extras
The Olive Mill’s oils, available in 10cl (airline carry-on friendly), 25cl, and 50cl bottles, make an original gift for guests and are often packaged and used as wedding favors.
Guided tour
Guided tours are available of the production line and the olive groves of Podere del Pari. A video and an animated short are also available, illustrating the production process during the olive milling season
