The event celebrates premium productions, producers committed to quality practices, and figures who promote the sector, highlighting oils that tell the story of their territory and achieve extraordinary levels of quality.

In 2025 we received 1 star, a merit recognition that indicates an extra virgin olive oil of extra-quality, achieved thanks to a median score of at least 85/100 in a technical tasting panel and compliance with the EQOO (Extra Quality Olive Oil) protocol.
