What Does the Project Involve?
Frantoio del Monte Pisano’s development plan includes total investments of over 600 thousand euros and aims to bring the company’s turnover to 2 million euros in the next 5 years. According to these forecasts, the company will be able to reward crowdfunders‘ investment with estimated gross dividends of approximately 7.5%.
With this fundraising we want to:
- purchase machinery and structures to support and improve the mill’s business lines;
- expand the productivity and quality of the milling line;
- set up dedicated spaces for dining and events;
- create a shop for local products.
The raised capital will be entirely reinvested in these objectives, to provide stability and long-term vision to the project.
