Third-party olive pressing and oil production
The oil mill performs specific activities that begin when olive growers deliver their olives and continue through the production of extra virgin olive oil. To restore the historic “Frantoio di Caprona” to its original function, it was necessary to renovate the “entire production facility: thanks to the new management, significant improvements and optimizations have been made to the machinery and” entire production line. Below is a list of all services offered for third-party oil production.
Technical specifications of the line
“Clemente” Input Line

Maximum care at every stage
Pressing
The processing occurs through a mechanical process of olive grinding, extraction of the “oil and subsequent decantation and filtration.
The duration of the” entire process varies based on the type of product desired.
Storage and Preservation
After pressing, the oil is stored in special storage tanks designed to ensure the best temperature and light conditions to preserve quality and organoleptic characteristics.
Bottling and Labeling
The mill’s bottling line, like the entire production cycle, is designed to ensure maximum hygiene and proper preservation of the oil’s properties. The service includes labeling and, if requested, customized packaging according to client specifications.
Consolidation among Small Producers
We accommodate the needs of olive growers who have smaller quantities and want to optimize processing costs and reduce the final cost by pressing their harvest together with other similar producers.
For quantities less than 300 kg, we offer a selection and consolidation service based on olive quality and type.
The mill creates all possible conditions to ensure your oil is truly “yours”: our facilities and machinery maintain high hygiene standards. At the start of each new cycle, waste and processing residues from the previous cycle are eliminated: this way, we can always be certain that the result hasn’t been contaminated by foreign agents or pre-existing conditions.
