Olive harvesting, purchasing and own production

Among the objectives of the new oil mill, the production of oil under the Mill’s brand stands out with particular importance, extracted with maximum respect for the environment and sustainability.

To this end, the mill manages about 30 hectares of olive groves and carries out the “purchase of high-quality olives”, harvested at the right stage of ripeness and grown within the Monte Pisano territory (mountain municipalities and surrounding areas).

The raw material is purchased at favorable prices for local olive growers, helping farms and local producers to have their own market outlet without having to handle the laborious processing and sales processes.

Using only olives harvested from Monte Pisano, we produce Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tuscan PGI and 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
