Agrilab is the research and development area of the Monte Pisano Oil Mill.
A space where multidisciplinary skills and cross-contamination coexist with the aim of evolving the olive growing sector.
An environment where we work together with universities, research centers, local and international companies to create a sustainable olive growing model on Monte Pisano that allows for the recovery of olive-growing territory and aims to produce the best possible oil.

Robotic Technologies
We use and experiment with various robotic technologies to continuously monitor the growth stage of flowers and olives on the trees and to oversee the territory.
Sensorization and IoT
Data collection is fundamental for studying the entire supply chain, and therefore in our laboratory the process begins in the field with the collection of not only weather and solar data but even measuring the water stress of the plants.
Study of Territorial Systems
We constantly promote discussion meetings on olive growing and for sharing experiences and best practices.
We host seminars, round tables and training days because research is strengthened by sharing experiences and needs.
