If you too tend to your olive grove with passion every year, care for the harvest, and bring your olives to the mill hoping to make an oil that \u201ccan be felt\u201d and \u201ctastes good\u201d, this competition is designed for you!BRING YOUR OIL TO THE MONTE PISANO MILL, in a 250ml or 500ml bottle by April 30.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We want to offer you a \u201cconcrete opportunity to better understand how\u201d your oil turned out, thanks to a \u201cfree sensory analysis and expert opinion from those who\u201d really know oil.We’re not interested in giving scores or making rankings! … but in sharing experiences, listening, discussing, and maybe improving something… all in a relaxed, family atmosphere.At the end of the competition, we’ll celebrate and symbolically reward the oils that stood out. <\/p>\n\n

But the real prize will be being there, being part of this small but great community that keeps the \u201coil culture alive in our territory.Join us too.\u201d Oil is a serious matter, but it’s also beautiful to experience together! <\/p>\n\n

The selections will take place during the Introduction to \u201cTasting and Sensory Analysis of\u201d EVO Oil Course sessions – May 7-8-9, 2025The awards ceremony will be held after the buffet on Friday, May 9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
